Is this a freelance or full-time role?
It depends on the hiring needs at the time. Some roles are full-time with fixed hours, while others may be part-time or project-based. We’ll let you know what’s available during the application process.
Do I need to pay to apply or get hired?
No. ESP Solutions does not charge any fees at any point during the hiring process.
What equipment do I need to work from home?
You’ll need a reliable laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet space to work. We’ll provide specific requirements during the application process.
Do I need prior VA experience to apply?
Right now, we’re prioritizing applicants with experience as Virtual Assistants. However, if you're a fast learner with great communication skills and a strong work ethic, you're still welcome to apply!
What time zone will I be working in?
Most of our clients follow US business hours, so you’ll need to be available to work within those time blocks.
What holidays do you observe?
We follow the US holiday calendar, so you’ll have those dates off along with your client.
How soon can I start after applying?
Once you pass the screening process and match with a client, onboarding moves quickly. Most hires start within 2–3 weeks.
Is training provided?
Currently, we do not offer training. We’re looking for applicants who are confident in their ability to start strong and grow in the role.
Will I work with one client or multiple?
You’ll work with one dedicated client. This allows you to build trust, routines, and become a true extension of their team.
